With a remarkable career spanning over 30 years, Tracy brings unparalleled expertise and a proven record of driving strategic business results.

Throughout her career, she has supported global outsourcing strategy across all phases of research at innovator companies such as Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Schering-Plough and Aventis Pharmaceuticals. In her most recent role as Vice President at Syneos Health, Tracy supported the transformation of strategic business development support for top 50 customers, and led a complex global team that supported sales targets exceeding $5 billion and accelerated the growth of new proposal requests.
